An “artist” “hijacks” “artists”.
It is really a disaster when you do not have inspiration or idea while you want to have a present a creative work. In order to grasp more ideas, you may read more books, look for more details in everyday objects, take a rest in the restroom, watch a movie etc, and these days there is an interesting method for enriching your idea, called “hijacking”, that you can try to engage your ideas into other aspects such as borrowing the content/context from movie screen, borrowing the social events issues etc.
Think of the idea of “hijacking”, what if there is a chance to hijack a physical item? What if there is a chance to hijack a living human? What if there is an opportunity to hijack artists? What if those are uncommon artists? What if an artist hijacks other artists?
This artwork aims to take reference on street performers and try to put emphasizes on their existence. Many performers occupy their own “land” for performing their shows to audiences; what I was doing is to visualizing their voice. And it is hoped to give a little quotation to these people.
